Class gathering @ 6/09/2009 11:13:00 AM

Dear all,

Hope all of you are enjoying your June Holidays! =)

With regards to the class gathering - BBQ,first of all, I would like to say a big thank you to Ziyun and all who have helped one way or other in planning the BBQ. I think it must have been a difficult task coordinating but I can see that everyone is trying their best to find a suitable day and time.

IF, it is really that difficult to organize a BBQ, I suggest all of you and go out for a meal/movie just to bond as a class!

I understand that some mentioned that they hoped mentors would be there otherwise they are not able to go. I would like to clarify that this is a class-initiated event, hence if your parents are not comfortable without any adults, you could ask them whether they are able to help out. They are definitely welcome to join! =) Mentors would try their best to make it!

I am sorry to inform all of you that this June Holidays I am very busy hence I might not be able to make it for the dates stated in the previous posts for the BBQ.

I have already told Zi yun that it would be unfair for the rest of the class if all of you are trying to accomodate the day for the mentors! Like I have said many times, settle on the day which majority of the class can go. =)

Hence, shall we give Ziyun and the organizing team (Im not sure who they are exactly, but Im sure you know who you are! =) ) a easier time by cooperating with them and give them the days you could make it and settle it on the day which majority of the class can make it?

Do so on the next coming folk dance practice day!

If you need advice on food and stuff, pls look for me in sch (I will be in sch tomorrow 10 June 9.30 - 11.30 -BUT I have Sec 4 lessons from 10-1130 OR Fri 12 June around 1.30 - 4plus) OR you can email me. =)

Do not fret if this class gathering is not that successful, remember to treat it as a learning experience! =)
